The Fine Art Of Food Shopping While Broke

November 28, 2016

1. So it’s almost the end of the month, and your wallet is well aware!

No more naira, just kobo!

2. You can barely afford to breathe, talk less of buy anything.

Is this life?

3. But because you love food, when there is a will, there is a way!

No brokeness fashioned against you shall prosper!

4. So when you get to the market, you ignore all the popular items.

Nobody has time for all these shakara foods.

5. And look for the food items that your customer will be grateful for you to carry

Intelligent!

6. Then you go to the supermarkets and look for all those products that are quarter to expired.

Besides, expiry date is just a suggestion!

7. Whenever any of your friends invite you out to eat, you’re like:

These ones want to finish you!

8. And even better, when they say they’re paying.

And this one is best.

9. When push comes to shove just go to your mother’s house and “shop” in her fridge, freezer and store.

The very best.

10. Or you can look for incredible food vouchers that save you money on food you love eating.

The most fab!

11. On that note, let’s thank God for today’s Jumia Food deals otherwise hunger would have finished us!
