4 Annoying Things About Using Public Transport During Covid-19

July 16, 2020

Remember when we threw parties and went to the cinema for late-night movies? Well, that is now classified as a lifetime ago. Now we have COVID-19 and everyone is grounded, but every now and then something happens to take you out. If you were planning to go out during this COVID-19 with public transport then here are 5 reasons why you should actually sit your ass at home.

1. The ruthless sun and thus the heat that follows.

And there’s no AC so you just sit obediently and be boiled.

2. The inevitable fighting between conductor and passenger and subsequent exchange of saliva.

Like can y’all just be adults and settle this thing amicably? I didn’t come all the way to catch corona please.

3. Meanwhile, they are still packing people like sardines.

So people are rubbing up against you in the buses. You say social distancing, they say money has to be made.

4. And of course, there’s traffic.

A harsh reminder that this is still Lagos.
