We Ranked Wizkid’s Best International Collabs

I hope nobody comes for me after this. So I decided to do a Wizkid ‘Ranked’, but I could not quite figure out what collection of Wizkid’s music to rank until it hit me to just do one with all his International collaborations.

I found this playlist, listened to it a few times, and these are Wizkid’s top 9 best international collabs:

9. I like- Kojo Funds ft Wizkid

It’s the bop in this song for me. Imagine driving with this song in the background after work, shades on, and you’re just swinging back and forth. From Wizkid’s array of international collabs, this one makes the cut. Love it.

8. Brown Skin Girl- Wizkid, Beyoncé, Saint Jhn ft Blu Ivy Carter

No lies, I was scared this song wouldn’t make the cut and then I wouldn’t be able to sleep tonight, but not only is this song melodically beautiful, it has an amazing message and it was on a big project that had people singing it all around the world. Jam!

7. Shabba- ft. Chris Brown, Trey Songz and French Montana

Everyone was jamming this song back in 2016 and wherever you play it today, everyone will jam it. I mean, look at the people on this song. Great song.

6. African Bad Gyal- ft Chris Brown

Why am I just realizing that this is another Wizkid song encouraging black women to embrace their colour accept themselves for who they are? Wizkid is a king and this song is a jam.

5. Jam – ft Starboy and Chronixx

The part where this song goes “African womannn” is what does it for me, honestly. Lovely song. It seemed weird putting it this high, initially, but I think it deserves to be here.

4. Mamacita- Tinie Tempah ft Wizkid

This song just makes me want to party and dance. Wizkid absolutely bodied that hook and it’ll live forever in our memories.

3. One Dance – Drake ft Wizkid

This one was hard because it was either One Dance or Come Closer, but Come Closer just edges it out and One Dance has to settle for number 3. This song is fire though, I mean, it had a Grammy nomination.

2. Come Closer- ft. Drake

This is literally a perfect song. I’m pretty sure Drake goes around bragging that he was on Come Closer with Wizkid. Perfect!

1. Energy- Skepta ft Wizkid

It even feels weird putting this song on the same list with the others because this song literally leaves me speechless. Like “how can a song be so fucking lit?” The way Wiz entered the song, the way he makes it flow, the way… just everything. This is by far Wizkid’s best international collaboration to date.
