5 Things Only Happening Babes Do Religiously

November 16, 2021

Have you ever wondered how some people manage to consistently put the “happening” in “babe”? What are they doing that you can’t do? After all, they don’t have two heads. Don’t ask them their secret because they probably won’t tell you. Don’t worry though. We’ve got you.

You too will be on your way to becoming a happening babe by the time you’re done reading this article.

1) They use a face cleanser.

Hate to break it to you but the atmosphere is filthy. Every happening babe washes their face with a good cleanser to get rid of all the grime (natural secretions, dirt, etc) that accumulate on the face throughout the day. Use an alcohol-free cleanser if you have dry skin and an oil-free cleanser if you have oily skin. Don’t forget to rinse your face with water after to activate the happening babe-ness.

2) They double up!

Mhmmm. Yes. After that wash, happening babes know that some dirt is like a stubborn goat so they will be forming odeshi. So they use  toners to remove the extra oil and dirt from their faces, so their skin can breath properly. If you have had the opportunity touch the face of a happening babe after she tones, you will feel the skin breathing. True!

3) Moisturize & Mind their business.

Happening babes know how to mind their business with their glowing skin. Their mantra is to drink water, moisturize and mind your business. If you want to be a happening babe and one day make it into the Happening Babes Hall of Fame, let this be your mantra too. Use a correct face moisturizer not body cream please.

4) They avoid stories that touch.

Why Black Women Need to Wear Sunscreen Every Day | InStyle

Happening babe or not, the sun’s rays can and will burn your face and give you Coke & Fanta colour. All this “sunscreen is not for black people”, happening babes don’t say that. Avoid stories that touch and retain your happening babe glow by using sunscreen to protect your body & face whenever you have to go out in the sun. Better still, use a face moisturizer that has SPF like this one. 2-in-1 is a win!

5) They like good things.

If you have an unwanted dry skin, You should see how you can make it wanted – Daily Advent Nigeria

Happening babes don’t use sponges to massacre their face. They exfoliate with a proper face scrub. If you are using sponge or body scrub on your face, repent. It should also only be done once or twice a week so don’t overdo. Use a good product that is worthy of being on the face of a happening babe.

Listen, you can’t be out in these streets without a face care routine. That’s how your face card starts declining, and as a happening babe, you can’t have that. You also need good quality face care products because using poor quality face care products is even worse than not having a routine.

We suggest you get NIVEA‘s range of face care products. You need a good cleanser, toner, moisturiser, sunscreen, exfoliator, and serum. And NIVEA‘s products will get your face on the happening babe level it needs to be.

Don’t dull.
