Converge, an annual gathering of Nigeria’s brightest minds and most ambitious talents, returns on December 21, 2025. The event brings together young Nigerian professionals across different sectors, both local and from the diaspora, to network, share insights, and explore opportunities for collaboration.

Nigeria is in the middle of a significant youth migration wave. But this movement has also created one of the most powerful global Nigerian networks ever seen. The Converge exists to turn this moment into an advantage.
The Converge isn’t just another December meetup. It was created to answer a big question many young Nigerians are asking today:
How can you connect with other young Nigerians with similar ambitions?
Every December, thousands of Nigerians return home for Detty December. The Converge is intentionally positioned within this period, not to compete with the fun, but to create meaningful moments within it: moments of reflection, connection, ambition, and purposeful community-building.
Building on the success of its 2024 edition, Converge 2025 scales up to accommodate 200 participants. Last year’s inaugural event attracted attendees from several industries based in seven countries including: The USA, UK, Canada, the Netherlands, Ireland, Kenya and our very own Nigeria.
This year promises to be even bigger. Converge 2025 expands its reach with new partnerships alongside returning supporter Access Bank. Flutterwave, Raenest, and Antler join as partners, with Antler offering attendees access to a free business masterclass. The event builds on 2024’s momentum while introducing fresh voices and perspectives from across sectors and geographies.
