The 2026 AMVCA Cultural Night was one to remember. It delivered on everything you’d expect from a night of fashion, music, and culture. At the Orijinal Village, the energy stayed high, and the experience was electric from start to finish. Here are some highlights that had everyone talking about Orijin at AMVCA.

    Orijinal culture was on display

True to Orijin’s brand, every corner of the Village carried a clear Nigerian reference point. African murals and decorative instruments lined the venue, and storytelling booths invited guests to share their “first drink” memories. Everything felt deliberate and well thought out.

Stars embraced their roots through fashion

AMVCA Cultural Night has always been about dressing to impress, but this year, people really leaned into the theme. Celebrities, influencers, and guests showed up in looks that celebrated African identity, fully in step with Orijin’s energy.

The DIY cocktail station turned everybody into mixologists

Before the event even kicked off, Orijin set the tone with a DIY cocktail station where guests mixed their own Orijinal drinks. People experimented with different combinations, and the mood loosened quickly as the night got started.

There was no dull moment on the Orijinal stage

Between the live band, DJs, hypemen, and performances, there was always something pulling the crowd back in. The drinks also kept the energy up. Before long, it slipped into full owambe mode, with the crowd dancing and singing along.

Social media was part of the celeration

The night played out across TikTok, Instagram Stories, and X in real time, with clips from the party everywhere as it happened. Even people who weren’t at the AMVCA Cultural Night were still in the loop. In the end, it was clear Orijin understood the assignment.
