10,000 young people are expected to gather in Oregun, Lagos for UNBOUND, the annual youth festival organised by The Starhub, the youth arm of Daystar Christian Centre.

Official communication from the church states that attendees will gather at Daystar Christian Centre’s Oregun Centre in Lagos On 12–13 September, for UNBOUND 2026 under the theme GODACITY, short for “Godly Audacity, Gods in the City”, built around one idea: faith doesn’t need to shrink to fit into culture, and culture doesn’t need to be left behind to make room for faith.

“We’re not trying to build a smaller, safer version of ‘church’ that young people have to squeeze themselves into. We are building a space big enough for who they actually are: their music, their art, their questions, their faith, all of it, at once”, says Pastor Sam Adeyemi, the senior pastor.

“GODACITY says you can be fully who God made you and fully present in the world at the same time. That’s what these two days are for,” says Sam Adeyemi, Senior Pastor, Daystar Christian Centre.

Now in its fourth year, each edition has pushed the format further from “church event” and closer to a genuine youth culture festival, and this year’s lineup is the biggest yet, spanning music, DJing, dance, visual art, spoken word, and comedy.

Headlining the creative lineup are Prinx Emmanuel, Kelar Thrillz, Oba Reengy, and Gospel Force, joined by more than a dozen other artists and creatives across the two days. Full lineup at bit.ly/UNBOUND26.

At the centre of the weekend is a live conversation on GODACITY with panellists Ayomide Adetoro, Lamide Akintobi, The Visual Advocate, and Ejirhoghene Oghenetegha, unpacking what it actually looks like to carry faith into spaces that don’t usually make room for it, school, work, art, and relationships.

Beyond the stage, attendees can move through a Game Zone, a Sweet Spot, and open art and dance spaces built for connection as much as performance.

UNBOUND 2026 takes place at Daystar Christian Centre’s premises, Plot A3C, Ikosi Road, Oregun, Lagos, on 12–13 September 2026. Registration is open now at bit.ly/UNBOUND26.
