Before the PDA, the fake proposal, and the livestream fights, there were just two rising Nigerian TikTokers — one, a Gen Z “voice of the street”; the other, a human AI.
But years later, in the fast-moving world of Obasanjo internet, no couple has drawn the public’s attention as much as Peller, born Habeeb Hamzat, and Jarvis, born Amadou Elizabeth Aminata (also known as Jadrolita), have done.
One minute, they were Nigeria’s favourite Gen Z power couple with livestream chemistry and matching giggles. The next? They are trading jabs at each other.
From that now-legendary first livestream where they met to the emotional rollercoaster that Jarvis opened up about over the weekend, here’s a complete timeline of their relationship.
2023: Livestream meet-up
According to Jarvis, in her interview with WapTV, she met Peller online in 2023. “He came on my Live and he was very rude. We [Jarvis and her younger sister] were angry, and that was where our fight started. But he gave us engagement. People loved the interaction. I was like, ‘Bro, let’s be going live together.’”
Jarvis added that at first, Peller didn’t like her human-AI character, Jadrolita, because he didn’t understand it and told her to quit. As Jadrolita, Jarvis would refuse his advances and tell him not to tell her what to do. Viewers loved the back-and-forth.
For Peller, the story of how they met is quite different. In a 2024 interview with BBC Yoruba, Peller said that he met Jarvis on one of his TikTok live streams. Peller said Jarvis joined the live stream with her sister, and they got talking.
September 2024: Peller revealed date plans with Jarvis
During a live stream, Peller told actress Toyin Abraham that he’d soon be going on a date with Jarvis. A curious Toyin Abraham asked him his real age, to which Peller replied, “I am just 20 years.” Immediately, the actress advised him to be cautious and always seek the guidance of his mother or older mentors who could give him valuable advice.
A couple of weeks later, Peller and Jarvis shared some 90s-inspired, romance-themed photos on their socials, stirring dating rumours.
October 2024: Peller dedicates award to Jarvis
After Peller received the Next Gen Influencer of the Year award at the 2024 Pulse Influencer Awards, he called Jarvis to the stage to dedicate it to her. He handed her the award, and in return, she hugged and kissed him. The moment sparked reactions on Instagram, and the public concluded that they were now an item.
However, their relationship sparked backlash, with critics saying that Peller was not “good enough” for Jarvis. In a post that went viral at the time, a user on X said that the relationship had made Jarvis abandon her thriving human-AI niché. In response, Jarvis stated in a video that she paused her AI content due to a tumour in her jawline.
November 2024: Peller and Jarvis have their first argument
In November, the couple had their first major public argument on a live stream with their fans. Peller said something to his fans that Jarvis felt he shouldn’t have. She was heard in a video telling Peller to learn not to give out every bit of information to the public.
November 2024: Pregnancy rumour
Six days later, a pregnancy rumour began after the two appeared in a photo where Jarvis proudly showed off a “baby bump,” while Peller hugged the bump. From all indications, it was a fake pregnancy and was online bait to get their fans talking.

December 2024: Engagement rumours
On December 13, 2024, before Peller travelled to the UK, he shared a video where he proposed to Jarvis. 24 hours later, Jarvis was seen wearing the Edo cultural attire in a now-deleted video captioned, “your bride to be.”
But she later denied the proposal and said the ring wasn’t an engagement ring. “It’s a promise ring. It’s not the same thing, ” she said. “My love, I am travelling to another country, wait for me,” she added.
But Peller wasn’t on the same page with her. In an interview on Rubbin’ Minds on Channels Television hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Peller revealed that his wedding to Jarvis was scheduled for “February or March” 2025.
Peller and Jarvis continued to share romantic moments as they spent Valentine’s Day together in South Africa.
So far, their wedding hasn’t happened. Not even pre-wedding photos have been posted.
March 2025: Jarvis says she regrets settling for Peller
During a TikTok live stream, Peller called Jarvis a “bush girl.” Jarvis responded sharply, describing him as “broke and hungry” and expressing regret for entering the relationship, saying: “I blame myself. I am the one that settled for you.”
However, Jarvis later downplayed the incident, saying she gets angry easily. “Small thing dey just vex me. I’m not even supposed to get angry. I want to smile, but I cannot even smile,” she said. “I cannot even fake it. I don’t want to be shouting again. I don’t want to be aggressive. I’m trying not to be aggressive. I’m not an aggressive person. There are just some statements that used to make me angry. Like it will just pisss me off.”
April 2025: Jarvis said they don’t have a relationship
In April, Jarvis claimed that she had not been in a relationship with Peller to begin with, but had entered into a content partnership with him. “What Peller and I are doing is actually content. The contract will expire soon. My future husband stay where you are, don’t cheat,” she said.
June 2025: Jarvis breaks down in a livestream
On Sunday, June 15, 2025, Jarvis became emotional during a joint livestream with TikTokers Sandra Benede and Seun Pizzle, as she opened up about mounting frustrations in her relationship with Peller. She accused him of betraying her trust by airing their private issues on his live broadcasts. Jarvis said she no longer feels comfortable confiding in him because “he doesn’t know how to filter his words when he’s live.”
In his own livestream, Peller defended himself, accusing Jarvis of being secretive about her plans and insisting he’s “trying to help her get back on track.” He admitted she “has offended me” but said he’s working on forgiving her.
