Aramide Kayode is an educator who founded the Talent Mine School in Sango-Ota. She created the school to offer tuition-free, long-term learning opportunities to children who would otherwise be shut out of education. Her work prioritises structure, safety and consistent academic support.
She is being honoured because her school provides twelve full years of high-quality education to students from low-income communities. The initiative gives vulnerable children a reliable path to literacy, stability and growth. Her leadership has made the Talent Mine School a lifeline for families with limited options.
