In celebration of International Women’s Day, Octa is launching two key initiatives aimed at supporting and empowering women in finance: the IWD Live Session and the ‘Girl, Invest in Yourself’ program.
On March 8, 2025, Octa will host the IWD Live Session, bringing together top female traders to share their experiences, challenge industry misconceptions, and provide actionable insights. Discussions will cover the role of patience and psychology in trading, the balance between risk management and risk-taking, and strategies for overcoming common trading mistakes. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in a live Q&A session with the speakers. As is customary to Octa events, there’s an exclusive deposit promo code for attendees.
Beyond the live session, Octa is introducing the ‘Girl, Invest in Yourself’ initiative, which will provide 57 women with scholarships, mentorship, and funding to support their financial and professional growth. The program encourages women to take active steps toward financial independence and career development.

Participants are invited to create a video where they meet their younger selves for coffee and share one thing they are doing today to invest in their future. By creating these posts, they stand a chance to be selected by program partners for exclusive opportunities.
